Why paper flowers?

This question actually has many answers. :)

• For those who are upset about sending flowers to the hospital but fear they won't be allowed in the room, this is a nice alternative.

 

How do you make paper flowers?

All our products are carefully designed for you by two female entrepreneurs, Selin and Yasemin. You can also see the women's labor and care in the production process of the bouquets. By working with women who have to stay at home due to housework or childcare, we provide them with economic support.

 

Which types of paper do you use?

Many types of paper are used worldwide for paper flowers or cardboard decorations. Examples include crepe, cardboard, and tissue paper. At A! Ne Hoş, we use imported cardboard with weights between 160 and 300 gsm, and the pulp is dyed. The paper we use in everyday life is mostly 80-90 gsm. Therefore, the cardboard we use retains its shape, is much more durable and long-lasting.

How do you package your products?

We send your gift in a box, securely wrapped in tissue paper, along with its vase. Each bouquet has its own unique number; you can track how many bouquets we've made using the tag we attach to the neck of each bouquet, and add a note to your loved one. This way, you add a final unique touch to your gift. You can also see our packaging process in our Instagram video .

I want to send my order as a gift, but I don't want the invoice included in the package. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible. You can enable this by checking the "My billing and delivery addresses are different" section when completing your order.

 

What are the delivery conditions?

We can ship our products in secure boxes throughout Türkiye.

Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days. Due to high volume at shipping companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

The preparation time, delivery conditions, and lead time for custom-made products vary.

How can I track the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is handed over to the courier or shipping company, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Before placing your order, please contact us to find out the shipping cost based on your destination country. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

How do you care for paper flowers? Don't they collect dust?

Contrary to popular belief, paper flowers are long-lasting and durable. They require no extra care. They are an ideal choice for those who cannot keep live plants alive but want flowers as decoration in their home. Below you can find our tips to further extend their lifespan and keep them looking their best.

You can remove dust from the leaves with a clean, dry cloth. For areas inside more curved surfaces, you can use dusting brushes. The important thing is that the duster you use is dry.

Although we use sun-resistant papers, avoiding constant exposure to direct sunlight, such as near a window, will help the colors last longer. Do not wet the flowers and avoid placing them in high-humidity environments.

 

Do you work with custom orders?

Of course! We can create lasting decorations for your home or office, as well as design decorations and gifts for special occasions such as birthdays and weddings.

Prices vary depending on size, production time, and design. For custom-made decorations, flowers, and gifts, production begins once the total amount is paid with the order.

Please send an email with the specifications of your desired design, any sample images (if available), and the required delivery date for your order.

Birthing Room Decoration
Now you can bring flowers to baby rooms! You can contact us for personalized newborn door decorations, postpartum crowns, bouquets, ornaments, and gifts to decorate both the hospital room and your baby's room afterwards. Due to the pandemic, there may be differences in our production processes; we recommend placing your order at least 1.5 months before the birth so that we can be prepared for situations such as premature birth.

Weddings
If you're looking for unique details for your wedding, engagement, and betrothal ceremonies, and you want your bridal bouquet to be a decorative object in your home after the wedding, take a look at A! Ne Hoş's wedding collection! We can design wedding decorations, backdrops, bridal bouquets, bachelorette parties, engagement or wedding favors to order. Due to the pandemic, there may be differences in our production processes, so we recommend placing your order at least 1.5 months before your special day.

 

Do you offer workshops/training sessions?

Yes, it was (and still is). However, due to the pandemic, we have currently suspended our workshops at our studio. But we plan to offer trainings via YouTube as soon as possible. You can also find our previous workshops on IGTV on our Instagram account.

 

May I visit your workshop?

Due to the coronavirus, we are unable to host visitors at our workshop during this period. Thank you for your understanding.

What are you doing in the name of sustainability?

Our paper flower bouquets are eco-friendly products. The imported cardboard used is FSC, PEFC, and ECF certified. These certifications document that the cardboard comes from sustainably managed forests where controlled logging is practiced. If you prefer, it can also be easily recycled. We constantly monitor domestic and international developments in this field and explore ways to make our products even more environmentally conscious.
